抵达二楼是SMT无尘车间，设备齐全保养得当，有8条大线，运用了自动上板机、GKG 全自动印刷机、斯泰克 SPI、双面制程高速贴片机、劲拓双轨10温区回流炉、炬子双轨 AOI，X-RAY、LCR 电桥、首件测试仪等设备，一天SMT贴片产能高达20000000点，
On the second floor is the SMT cleanroom, which is fully equipped with well-maintained machinery. There are 8 major production lines, utilizing automated board loaders, GKG fully automatic printers, Saki SPI machines, dual-sided high-speed placement machines, JT dual-track 10-zone reflow ovens, Juzi dual-track AOI, X-RAY, LCR bridges, first-article testers, and other advanced equipment. The daily SMT placement capacity reaches up to 20 million points.
到达三楼是电子料仓库，可以看到做了A材料温湿度管控、并做了电阻电容、插件料区分管理，并且配备了X-RAY点料机和智能货架。
On the third floor is the electronic materials warehouse, where temperature and humidity control for Category A materials is implemented. Additionally, there is segregated management for resistors, capacitors, and through-hole components, along with X-ray material counting machines and smart shelving systems.
进入四楼是DIP插件车间，三条插件大线3条后焊大线，每条线配备工作人员25-30名员工、分板机、自动点胶机、自动焊锡机、炉前AOI、波峰焊等，可以满足各种异形零件DIP加工，
On the fourth floor is the DIP (Dual In-line Package) assembly workshop, equipped with three major insertion lines and three soldering lines. Each production line is staffed with 25-30 operators and features equipment such as PCB depaneling machines, automatic dispensing machines, automated soldering machines, pre-reflow AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), wave soldering machines, etc. This setup enables the processing of various irregularly-shaped components through DIP technology.
五楼是功能测试车间与成品仓库，有三条功能测试线一条包装线，可以满足各类PCBA产品的功能测试需求，整个审厂过程可以看到所有车间都是运用了MES系统，通过数字化和实时监控优化生产流程，提升效率和质量。
